Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer domestic shipping across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Orders are shipped using trusted courier services such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or DHL depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.



Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

We are not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. However, if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
